We dismissed him at 12 weeks when we were looking for 'our dog puppy' and everyone else overlooked him as a show dog . His owner picked him as he was the smaller dog and when he arrived back with us this week we knew he was the best so there you are!! - the older we get the less we know. His movement makes us smile, easy active and true and with no training. FIRE CHIEF IS NOW NEUTERED AND BACK AT KILBOURNE Ch Kilbourne Firechief , A reluctant show dog but active stud has been given sleep. He was retired at 6 years of age and went to live in Cornwall with our life long friend Sharon Protheroe At 9 years he returned to Kilbourne due to Sharons ill health and 1 year later together we both said goodbye. He lay in the arms of Sharon and slipped away to save him any further pain or discomfort. The last bit of love we both could give him . Called Manny, it was so nice to know him, a gentle giant and a loving friend, a dog in a million.
Fire Chief is now retired and living with Sharon in Cornwall
